Join Emma Parker Reniewick and I as we hold space for you to reset with 90-minutes of restorative yoga, with live Himalayan singing bowls, transitioning into a 30-minute gong bath meditation.

RESTORATIVE YOGA – Emma Parker-Reniewick
Emma will guide you through 90 minutes of relaxing and nourishing restorative yoga designed to promote healing from stress and fatigue. Restorative yoga utilises props to support held postures for up to 20 minutes at a time. This helps the whole body and mind to heal, activating the para-sympathetic or relaxation response. Restorative yoga helps to balance the nervous system and allows space for the whole body to deeply rest and repair.
SOUND IMMERSION - Eloise Bonel
Sound immersion is an effective way to quiet a busy and overactive mind and be transported into a state of deep relaxation. During a Sound Immersion, Gongs and Himalayan Bowls are used in a certain way to soothe your brain waves into a more relaxed state. This activates the para-sympathetic nervous system, while the vibrations restore equilibrium to your cells, release tension and energetic blockages.
The combination of nourishing restorative postures and live sound immersion will make for a truly special experience. Leave feeling deeply nourished, rested and renewed. You will be welcome to stay after the event for light refreshments and a share circle to connect and integrate the experience.
